Use this form to request deletion of a Click A Transfer rider or driver account. You do not need to be signed in to make a request.

Send a request

Use the email address or mobile number linked to your account. We will verify ownership before taking action.

What happens next

We verify that you control the account.
We delete or anonymise your account and profile data.
We confirm the result using the contact method you supplied.

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data we delete

This includes account and profile information, along with personal data held on Click A Transfer systems that is not required to be retained. Saved locations stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's local data.

Data we may retain

Payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained only where required by law or to resolve a legal claim. We will tell you about any retained data when we confirm your request.
